Roadkill Sports Grill opens at Greeley Mall
 
 
GREELEY, CO --- Greeley Mall shoppers now have a new place to enjoy burgers and brews.
 Roadkill Sports Grill, a casual eatery, has opened a 3,600-square-foot restaurant located just south of the main entrance to the mall, on 23rd Street.
 “We were attracted to Greeley Mall because it is a great location with parking and easy access in an area with considerable future growth potential,” said Rob Haimson, a Greeley resident and the restaurant’s owner.   “We expect to draw mall shoppers, UNC students and patrons of nearby hotels and businesses,” he added.
  “We are excited about the opening of a new restaurant at Greeley Mall.   Roadkill Sports Grill will complement our current line up of merchants and offer a more exciting shopping environment for our guests,” said Randy Berman, general manager of the shopping center.
 The restaurant seats 93 diners and offers a sports themed décor.  For avid sports fans, 15 flat screen tv’s are located throughout the restaurant.
 The Roadkill Sports Grill menu features burgers, wings, nachos, sandwiches and salads as well as a full bar.   Haimson, an experienced restaurateur, is a firm believer in offering consistently good quality food at a fair price point.
 Haimson has redecorated the building’s interior and affixed the restaurant’s colorful logo on the building’s north and south sides.
 Haimson, who has 30 years experience the restaurant business, is known throughout the area for establishing the successful Potato Brumbaugh's restaurant which he sold three years ago.  He is active in various state and national restaurant organizations.  In 1992 he won the Colorado Governors Award for Fine Dining.
Greeley Mall is home to JCPenney, Sears, Cinemark 12 and more than 65 shops, services and restaurants.  The shopping center is located at Highway 34 and 23rd Avenue,  in Greeley, CO.
