RaeAnn Overberg is Vice President - Operations at GK Development, Inc., bringing 20 years experience in leasing, facilities management, marketing and site selection of commercial and retail properties. Currently, Overberg oversees operations and has fiscal responsibility for the company’s portfolio of more than 4 million square feet of space. She is responsible for managing revenue and capital projections, physical property condition, and marketing programs to meet the changing needs of the portfolio.Overberg previously was Director of Specialty Leasing, where she initiated the specialty leasing program for the company’s regional mall aquisitons beginning in 2004.
Prior to joining GK Development Inc., Overberg was associated with DHL Airways as Director of Corporate Services responsible for the management of the company’s real estate portfolio. Previously, she held positions in office building development and mall management for Homart Development Company, the real estate development arm of Sears Roebuck & Co.

Overberg graduated from DePauw University in Greencastle, Ind., with a bachelor of arts degree in communications and business.

She is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) and holds the Certified Shopping Center Manager (CSM) designation from ICSC.
