Daniel Sullivan is Senior Vice President - Development of GK Development, Inc. He is responsible for the redevelopment of the company’s regional mall portfolio and anchor tenant relationships.
Prior to joining GK Development in 2005, Sullivan acted as a principal in several commercial developments in the retail, medical office, and telecommunications industries.
Sullivan previously was director of leasing for Homart Development Co. where he directed development and leasing for numerous retail projects totaling more than 1.7- million-square-feet in the northeast. His experience also includes senior positions with Mid-American Real Estate Corp., and First National Realty & Development Company, Inc.
Sullivan received a bachelor of business administration degree from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee in 1987.
He is a member of the International Council of shopping Centers.
